About Us
Thanecha Senat is the Founder and CEO of AJO Consulting Services, LLC, the Creator & Host of The Oasis Podcast, Author and the Treasurer of Writing Our Own Stories, Inc. board. She holds an MA in Community Health Education and is a Certified Life Coach. She has over a decade of vast experience working with the Health and Hospital Corporation, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Board of Education and non-profit organizations, in various roles to serve communities of color all over NYC. She has spent her professional career working with, educating and empowering youth, parents, staff and community leaders, which has allowed her to foster a vast network of highly skilled individuals and businesses, as well as enabled her to cultivate indispensable resources & conversations about mental health, self-care, stress management, healthy relationships, acceptance, shifting culture and climate, crisis de-escalation, trauma-informed practices and much more.
The Oasis Podcast
Thanecha Senat, also known as Aay Jay, is the Creator and Host of The Oasis Podcast. The podcast is where she and special guests cultivate intentional and honest conversations about this journey called life! The podcast is from millennials perspectives on life, love, wellness, mental health and everything else in between.
Aay Jay utilizes her podcast as a platform to amplify Black voices and experiences. She also guides other aspiring Podcasters with creating and producing their own podcasts.
